NEW GENERATION LIFE CENTER: UNIQ ISTANBUL
UNIQ Istanbul, which takes its name from the English word ''unique'', operates as a new generation living center in Maslak, the finance and trade center. It is becoming the new center of modern city life with many activities such as concerts, theatre, musicals, exhibitions, congresses, training meetings, seminars, shopping and food and beverage.
UNIQ ISTANBUL WITH ITS PRIVILEGES
UNIQ Istanbul, Turkey's largest culture-art complex, was selected as the best socio-cultural project of 2015 in Sign of the City. It also has the LEES Certificate, which is required by all environmentally friendly and sustainable buildings that follow the latest trends in the world. It has been awarded the ''Silver'' level certificate in the LEED Core&Shell category. UNIQ ISTANBUL WITH ITS ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES
UNIQ Istanbul, which hosts the stars of our country and the world and different events, is the largest complex in Turkey with the UNIQ Open Air Stage surrounded by forest with a capacity of 3000 spectators and the Volkswagen Arena with the best acoustics in Europe with a capacity of 5800 spectators. UNIQ Istanbul, which has a construction area of 150,000 m2 on 62 decares of land, has its menchanical systems designed in accordance with ASHRAE 90.1-2007 standard. It is aimed to consume water 41% below the limit values determined according to international standards, with the energy-efficient building envelope, windows, lighting fixtures, and low-water-consuming water fixtures and reservoir selection. Building mechanical systems are designed to provide the highest level of thermal comfort in all four seasons. It is located in the main transportation alternatives and minimizes carbon emissions caused by transportation with metro and bus connections. In addition, bicycle parks for employees and visitors in the project aim to encourage bicycle use.
Operating as a new generation living center, UNIQ ISTANBUL hosts world stars and events with its concert , congress, performance and art center, and becomes the new center of modern city life with its education, meeting, offices, food and beverage areas and stores.
