T-COD IS AGAIN AT GREEN PEACE!
We embark on pleasant journeys where we touch lives and dreams by designing new living spaces. Sometimes we respond to the requests and needs of our customers with an office, sometimes a residence, sometimes smart living room designs. In this journey from design to implementation, we start new stories with the pride of achieving our goal at the end of each project. Today, we would like to talk to you about our Yeşil Barış Sitesi Villa Project, which is one of these stories and journeys.
As T-COD Architecture, we are adding a new one to our Green Peace Site Villa Project, which we implemented in 2021. While the first of our projects, which attracts attention with its different styles in the same site, is a classical style residence, the other reflects a more modern style. The projects that we have progressed and designed in line with the needs and styles of our customers are among the most striking structures of their location. These villas, which are preferred due to their garden size, offer a landscaping area of ​​approximately 2000 m2. The building, which is applied to an area of ​​1000 m2, undergoes major changes in architectural and interior design areas. The exterior of the existing building is completely dismantled and given its new appearance. Likewise, dazzling design applications are planned in the interior, where every area is completely changed. From the roof plans to the ground floor projections, many changes are made in the appearance of the existing building, both aesthetically and functionally. While the windows are widened and the spaces get more light, the landscape design is completely renewed and a winter garden is added to the existing structure. The project, whose implementation phase continues, is waiting to host its owners.
