BESA TOWER IN DAGGER FORM

   BESA TOWER IN DAGGER FORM

Today, as T-COD Architecture, we would like to tell you about Besa Kule, one of the business centers of Ankara that attracts attention with its location and architecture. Let's take a look at the architectural features of Besa Tower, which was built in the center of EskiÅŸehir Roas, Konya Road and SöÄŸütözü Street, know as the ''golden triangle'' in Ankara.

BESA TOWER WITH ITS ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES

Besa Kule, built by architect Ali Osman Öztürk, consists of 2 horizantal and vertical blocks on a 7590 square mter land. Besa Tower, where every façade benefits from daylight to the maximum extent with its dagger-shaped architecture, serves its users with 104 offices and 25 stores. Offering pleasant break opportunities to its users with its terraces on each floor, Besa Kule allows users to benefit from fresh air thanks to the inner garden in block B. Additionally, Besa Kule puts an end to the era of unopenable windows and facilitates ventilation for every office. Besa Tower, where the windows are designed all the way to the ground, thus benefits from daylight to the maximum extent. In addition to the feeling of comfort provided by natural light, the design also reduces lighting costs and increases work efficiency.

BESA KULE WITH ITS SOCIAL AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES

Besa Tower, which has horizontal and vertical positions, serves users with shops, cafes and restaurants in the horizantal part. The tower was designed to have 4 offices on each floor. At the same time, these offices can be combined if desired and have a unique 360-degree view. It offers security, A and B block receptions and a controlled entry-exit system.
