Today, we would like to tell you about the 312 Vista Office Tower, which was implemented as T-COD Architecture to serve high technology companies and plays an important role for Ankara in the urban sense. Let's take a look at 312 Vista, located on the EskiÅŸehir Highway axis connecting the west of Ankara and designed by anmahian winton architects, one of the 100 projects that were awarded in the ''Best High-Rise Building'' category of the 2018 International Architecture Awards.
312 VISTA WITH ITS UNIQUE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
312 Vista Office Tower, where innovative design and high technology came together in harmony, was built with 13 floors above ground and 4 floors below ground. The building, which provides service with 77 offices, brings the warm texture of wood into the offices thanks to the shutters applied in the design. 312 Vista, where simplicity is emphasized in terms of architectural design, is located in a lush garden. The proportional and repetitive use of horizontal glass and wood bands reveals the artistic design of 312 Vista.
312 VISTA WITH ITS ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES
One of the features that distinguish 312 Vista Office Tower from its peers is undoubtedly it high ceilings. Wooden interior shutters integrated into the curtain wall provide the opportunity to control natural lighting. Realized as a simple geometric glass structure, 312 Vista is covered with large, horizontal, adjustable wooden shutters on the interior. The main structure of the tower has a balanced position on the narrow floor area. The balanced location of the building allows natural light to enter all areas without obstructing the southern view. Deep horizantal mullions on the exterior increase sunlight efficiency and offer users an energy-efficient facade throughout the year.
