PHARMACY DESIGNS FOR THE HEALTH SECTOR
Today, as T-COD Architecture, we would like to tell you about pharmacy designs. Let's take a look at how the pharmacy design should be and the elements that should be taken into consideration in pharmacy designs.
Pharmacies are places where our health needs are met and are no longer limited to the sale of medicines, but offer a wide range of sales services for many different products such as dermocosmetic products. Cleanliness and hygiene are much more important for pharmacies due to the healthcare sector they serve. Therefore, the priority of pharmacy designs is to provide users with a clean and sterile environment. Hygiene and security are important elements of pharmacy designs, which offer areas specialized according to their functions.
COLOR IN PHARMACY DESIGN
Colors have a very ,mportant place in architectural designs. The effect of colors on humans is now know to everyone. Choosing light colors in designs for the healthcare sector will create a spacious and hygienic effect. It can be used in small amounts in pharmacy designs in vicrant colors that will create a focal point for customers. These can be colors such as mustard yellow, orange, blur and green.
LIGHTING IN PHARMACY DESIGN
Pharmacy designs should create a stylish and modern appearance. At this point, lighting plays a big role in design. One of the most important elements of the ''clean'' image we want to achieve in designs in the healthcare sector is lighting. In order to create comfortable work spaces as well as an aesthetic appearance, the right lighting elements must be selected. LED lights, light bands along the medicine shelves or on the ceiling will provide holistic illumination and create a modern atmosphere in the space. Thanks to the lighting systems, a hygienic appearance will be achieved by creating bright areas in the space.
TEXTURE IN PHARMACY DESIGNS
In pharmacy designs, materials with shiny surfaces, easy to clean and texture that will not accumulate dirt should be preferred. Therefore, furniture should be smooth, shiny and reflective. Again, furniture used for customer waiting and rest areas should be selected in an ergonomic tecture and shape for the user.
FURNITURE IN PHARMACY DESIGNS
In furniture designs, attention should be paid to connections such as the size of the area and the minimum required circulation area. The size and location of furniture such as medicine shelves, cabinets, counters and safes should be determined after a detailed space analysis. If necessary, additional systems such as heating and cooling should be installed in cabinets and shelves according to the drug properties. Making room for storage areas and designing the shelves in a more accessible way will allow the space to be used more functionally. Designing the shelves according to the medicine sizes and positioning the counters in the right places will make the space useful.
