One Tower Shopping an Living Center, Tabanlıoğlu Architecture's first shopping mall project in Ankara, was implemented as Turkey's largest shopping mall with volume per capita. One Tower Shopping and Living Center, which has 48 floors and a height of 185 meters, offers its users 306 residence flats in 12 different types of sizes. Warm materials such as wood and natural stone used in the building create a sustainable and friendly atmosphere. The transparent ceiling design, which lets in the daylight at an optimum level, also adds spaciousness to the space. It stands out as the city's most spacious shopping mall with its shops with high ceilings and independent entrances from the street.
