KALE OFIS WITH OFFICE AND STORE SERVICES
Kale Ofis, built on Konya Road, where urban working and office areas are concentrated, manages to stand out with its architectural language and visuality. The building, consisting of 5 basement floors, ground floor stores, 22 office floors and 2 installation floors, has a total height of 126.60 meters. Kale Office, which provides its users with facilities such as a sports center, hairdresser and car wash with its rich social facilities, also provides 1 parking space for every 30 square meters in the 5-storey car park area. Kale Ofis, which has a total of 126 offices on 22 office floors, offers its users offices that provide flexible use in areas of 66 m2, 77 m2 and 105 m2, suitable for full floor use.
The project, which includes large-scale stores on the Konya Road front and smaller stores at the office entrance, includes 14 stores of different sizes that can be combined. The store block, used as a common terrace, provides direct access to fresh air.
