Today, as T-COD Architecture, we would like to tell you about Kumru Ankara, the winner of the "Best Multi-Storey Housing-Completed Projects" award at the Sign Of The City Awards. Let's take a look at the Kumru Ankara Project, which adds a new color to the dynamism of the city.
KUMRU ANKARA: RESIDENTIAL TOWER
Kumru Ankara, implemented by Kuzu Group, is located in Yıldızevler, the center of Çankaya. Kumru settlement in Ankara consists of two main parts. While commercial uses are located in the lower mass, residences are located on the higher floors. At the same time, Kumru Ankara is a first in Ankara by having two different entrances due to the elevation difference on the land. In the project, the buildings were designed as a street towards the inside and a square in the middle. While the residential tower merges spatially with Barış Manço Park, it also creates beautiful angles with the square. Consisting of a total of 32 floors, Kumru Ankara also offers flats ranging from 66 m2 to 424 m2. In addition, it provides a unique city view with its terrace on the tower floor.
KUMRU ANKARA: COMMERCIAL SPACES
Kumru Ankara offers multifunctional spaces with its residence and commercial areas. The commercial units in the sub-mass allow flexible use with their combineable and shrinkable structure. Social spaces establish relationships with open spaces and enable various uses. The entrances of commercial spaces in Kumru Ankara are planned on Rabindranath Street, where lively and commercial functions are located.
