Jewel İncek, planned to be implemented in İncek, one of the most popular locations in Ankara, is designed as a mixed-life project with a project area of ​​12,000 m2 and a construction area of ​​70,000 m2. Located on İncek Boulevard, an important artery in the İncek region, the project plans to offer mixed-life with housing, office, commercial area, social area, indoor and outdoor parking. Designed with an aim to provide its users with an architecture compatible with interactive life, Jewel İncek draws attention with its elegant lines. Designed with informal lines inspired by nature and pedestrian circulation, the project aims to be a living project with a 25-storey Residence Block consisting of 150 units of 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 residence types, a 10-storey Office Block consisting of 58 independent sections in alternative m2s and 50 stores. In the project, the office block, commercial units and residential block entrances are planned at different elevations and directions.
