YELKEN PLAZA ARChITECTURAL FEATURES
The project, which has a land area of 8108 m2 and is located on the ;Konya-Samsun Road, which has developed as the business and trade center of Ankara, consists of offices and stores. The project, which has a closed area of 45,000 m2, includes 69 offices ranging from 80, 90, 100, 150 and 300 m2 and 22 stores ranging from 150 m2 to 2200 m2. The plaza, which has a total construction area of 40,000 m2, consists of 3 parking floors, 4 shop floors and 22 office floors.
YELKEN PLAZA DESIGN
The project, which was implemented with tha aim of creating a symbolic effect for Ankara, distinguishes itself from the surrounding housing texture. At the same time, it has revealed its unique presence by differentiating itself from multi-storey office buildings. Stores have been diversified by using elevation differences, and modular work areas of various sizes have been created on the office floors. The stores are kept within the company and rented to distinguished brands.
