WITH A MODERN ARCHITECTURAL APPROACH: ZORLU CENTER

Today, as T-COD Architecture, we would like to talk about Zorlu Center, which was created by taking its inspiration from famous squares all over the world. Let's take a look at the architectural features of Zorlu Center, which also has an important place in Turkey's culture, art and social life.

ZORLU CENTER ARChITECTURE

Zorlu Center, which acts as a bridge at the point where the Asian and European continents meet with its modern architectural approach, brings together 5 different functions. Zorlu Center Shopping Mall, which has 205 stores, a 10,000 m2 main square and 12,000 m2 park area within a 72,000 m2 landscape area, stands out with its heated helipad, Raffles Istanbul, different types of residences, green offices and easy transportation routes. Zorlu Center, which is a mixed-use project with a total indoor area of 693,784 m2 and including a hotel, shopping mall, residence, office and performing arts center, offers its visitors the opportunity to meet many national and international artists in a contemporary environment with its Performing Arts Center (PSM).

ZORLU CENTER WITH MIXED USE

The tower residences, which are an integral part of the overall project, terrace apartments where each house has its own garden and terrace, offer spacious gardens on the first floor and Bosphorus view on the upper floors to their users. Again, the 20,000 m2 A type offices in the project are other living spaces in the project. The offices, which are located a little back from the shopping center, are designed as a buffer floor between the residences and the square. The residences, which start right after the office floor, are equipped with gardens on the first floor and large terraces on the upper floors with the help of plans that are also back. The Performing Arts Center is also an important part of the project. The Performing Arts Center, whichis the only one in Turkey and can host all kinds of international shows, has a 2300-person main hall equipped with all the facilities, a 740-person drama theater and an entrance amphitheater that offers a semi-closed area for alternative performances. The shopping center, which houses hundreds of world brands and gourmet restaurants, is another important part of Zorlu Center.
