CENTRAL ANKARA ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES
The project, which will be located in the middle of Mevlana Boulevard and Yeni Ankara Boulevard, is offered to its users with a 600-meter open shopping mall concept consisting of 1578 residences, 1429 offices with A+ comfort features and 206 stores. Merkez Ankara, Turkey's 2020 sales champion, manages to be the largest mixed life project not only in Ankara but also in Turkey, with a project area of 125 decares in a single parcel. Standing out with its central location various flat options and modern office areas, Merkez Ankara hosts three separate functions: family residence, home office and residence. There are 1578 residences ranging in size from 1+1 to 6+1, all with balconies or terraces. 1+1 flats with a compact and modern design, 2+1 flats ideal for large families, 3+1 flats with a spacious and useful design, 4+1 flats offering luxury and comfort togethe, 5+1 and 6+1 flats offering large spaces for largefamilies. The project offering is not limited to just residences. Central Ankara Office Project, consisting of a total of 3 buildings, is designed to include Super Offices in Block A, Terrace Offices in Block B and Collective Offices in Block C. In addition, the project, which has direct access to the 1.7 million m2 National Garden, has become a part of the living area by connecting to the National Garden with an overpass.
