NEXT LEVEL ANKARA: A LOOK AT NEW GENERATION OFFICE AND MIXED-USE BUILDING ARCHITECTURE
This week, T-COD Architecture wants to talk about Next Level, one of the important projects in Ankara that brings together work, socialization, and urban life. Today, office and commercial building architecture is evaluated not only on the basis of functionality but also on the basis of user experience, the relationship with the city, and spatial quality. Next Level Ankara stands out as one of the new generation mixed-use building examples that successfully reflects this approach.
WHERE IS NEXT LEVEL ANKARA LOCATED?
Located in one of Ankara's developing and vibrant areas, Next Level establishes a strong connection with its surroundings. Thanks to the integration of office, commercial, and social spaces, the building becomes a living part of the city at all hours of the day. This makes the project attractive not only for employees but also for city users.
ARCHITECTURAL APPROACH THAT ESTABLISHES A RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CITY
One of the most striking aspects of Next Level's architecture is its approach of not being detached from the city. Open spaces, Transition axes, and commercial units make the building an architectural focal point open to public use. This approach supports the permeable architectural concept, which is gaining increasing importance in modern cities.
MASS DESIGN AND SCALE BALANCE
The tower structures in the project present a strong and clear presence in the Ankara skyline. However, this vertical impact is balanced by horizontal volumes and open spaces created at lower levels. Thus, Next Level, despite being a large-scale office building, offers an architectural balance that preserves human scale.
FACADE DESIGN AND USE OF NATURAL LIGHT
Next Level Ankara's facade design is dominated by a simple, modern, and timeless language. Thanks to the extensive use of glass surfaces, Natural light is brought into the interior spaces to the maximum extent. This increases the feeling of making the working environment more comfortable.
FLEXIBILITY IN OFFICE ARCHITECTURE
Flexibility is one of the most important criteria in today's office architecture. Next LEvel office spaces are planned to adapt to different working models with open office layouts, divisible spaces, and shared areas. This flexible structure creates a sustainable office environment that can meet user needs in the long term.
SOCIAL AREAS AND USER EXPERIENCE
In this project, social areas have been considered an integral part of the architectural design. Cafes and restaurants, along with open spaces, allow employees and visitors to change locations throughout the day. This distinguishes Next Level from classic office projects, making it a mixed-use structure with a strong user experience.
COMMERCIAL SPACES AND PUBLIC LIFE
The commercial spaces in Next Level are not merely enclosed spaces for shopping; they are designed as an extension of public lifeç Thanks to the relationship established with open spaces, the project functions as an active part of the city at different times of the day.
Next Level Ankara;
with its new generation office architecture approach,
mixed-use building design,
design that establishes a strong relationship with the city,
user-oriented social and commercial spaces, is an important reference point in terms of office and commercial building architecture in Ankara.
At T-COD Architecture, in our office, commercial and mixed-use building projects, we prioritize the relationship between the space and the user, its integration with the city, and teh architectural experience. When evaluated from this perspective, Next Level Ankara stands out as one of the strong examples that correctly reflects contemporary architectural understanding.
