MOLDOVA HOUSING PROJECT
Today, as T-COD Architecture, we would like to talk about the Moldova Housing Project, which is one of our favorite projects that we have implemented abroad, as well as the design and application services in the category of architecture, interior architecture and smart halls in the country. With the end of the design process, the project, which went into the implementation phase, is getting ready to meet with its new owners. Let's take a look at the details of the project with you now.
The building, which we positioned on an area of 1200 m2, consists of 12 flats and 2 shops. While the building offers comfort to the homeowners with its innovative style, it also provides the opportunity to benefit from the conditions of the region. So what are these conditions? The region where the project is located is located in Comrat, the capital of Gagauzia, which is an autonomous structure affiliated to the Republic of Moldova. The language spoken in the region is very close to the Turkish spoken in Rumelia and Thrace, and a visa is not required when entering the country. It is possible to enter without a passport with a new generation identity card with a 1 hour and 15 minute flight. Foreign citizens who buy a house are given the right to reside in an apartment. In the country, which was granted Candidate Country status after the EU accepted Moldova's membership application, some changes are expected to occur as the membership process accelerates. One of these changes is to make the entrance and exit to the country more controlled and even to request a Schengen Visa. It is expected that land and housing prices will increase as the process accelerates in the region, where the EU provides serious financial support, established processing factories due to the large amount of agricultural lands, and played a major role in its development. Likewise, it is expected that there will be industrial and labor force moves. Since the acceptance of EU membership in Romania, 350 Billion Euros have been invested and still continue to be made. With the acceleration of this process in Moldova, it is estimated that the same big changes will occur in the country. Turkish structures and projects are also frequently featured in the country, and it is involved in projects that are still ongoing and implemented by the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA).
You can contact us to reserve your place in this modern and innovative structure, which is prepared to welcome its new owners with the positive returns it will provide to the landlords.
