Named after the English word "unique," UNIQ Istanbul operates as a new generation living center in Maslak, the financial and commercial center. With numerous activities such as concerts, theater, musicals, exhibitions, congresses, training meetings, seminars, shopping, and dining, it is becoming the new center of modern city life.

Istanbul, Turkey's largest cultural and arts complex, was selected as the best socio-cultural project of 2015 at the Sign of the City awards. It also holds the LEED certification, awarded to all environmentally friendly and sustainable buildings worldwide, following the latest trends. It has earned a "Silver" level certification in the LEED Core & Shell category. UNIQ ISTANBUL WITH ITS ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES UNIQ

Istanbul, hosting stars from Turkey and the world, and a variety of events, is Turkey's largest complex with its UNIQ Open Air Stage, surrounded by forest and with a capacity of 3000 spectators, and the Volkswagen Arena, boasting Europe's best acoustics and a capacity of 5800 spectators. Located on 62 acres of land with a construction area of ​​150,000 m2, UNIQ Istanbul's mechanical systems are designed according to the ASHRAE 90.1-2007 standard. The energy-efficient building envelope, glass, lighting fixtures, and water-saving fixtures and reservoirs aim to consume 41% less water than the limit values ​​determined according to international standards. The building's mechanical systems are designed to provide the highest level of thermal comfort in all four seasons. Located on major transportation routes, it minimizes carbon emissions from transportation with metro and bus connections. Furthermore, the project includes bicycle parking areas for employees and visitors, aiming to encourage bicycle use. UNIQ ISTANBUL, operating as a new generation lifestyle center, hosts world stars and events with its concert, congress, performance and art center, while also becoming the new hub of modern urban life with its education, meeting, office, dining areas and shops.
